We charge a flat rate of $7.50 for all Canadian destinations.
We have an envelope rate of $2.75 applicable to select items only.
Anything smaller than 380 x 270 x 20 mm thick (up to 500g) qualifies for envelope rate.
We ship parcels via Canada Post "expedited parcel". Insurance to Canadian Destinations are included in the cost of shipping to a max of $100.00
American Destinations:
We charge a flat rate of $9.50 for all American destinations.
Anything smaller than 380 x 270 and 20 mm thick (up to 200g) qualifies for envelope rate of $3.25.
If any duties or customs fees are charged, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Loss and Damage:
We do not assume responsibility on any lost or damaged orders shipped without insurance! We assume absolutely no responsibility on misdirected orders!
Return/Damage/Cancellation Policy:
SavvynSassy Store Policy requires all refunds, damaged item orders, and canceled orders be redeemed back to the customer by store credit. For refunds and order cancellations a 20% restocking fee will apply.
